About Me
My name is Robert Forbes. I love bodybuilding and strength training. I'm a huge fan of ironage bodybuilding, pre 1980's. A few of my fav bodybuilders are Arnold, Sergio Oliva, Casey Viator, Steve Reeves, and Reg Park.
Doug Hepburn, Paul Anderson and Phil Grippaldi are among my other favourite lifters from the past.
I used to compete in powerlifting and olympic lifting back in my early 20's. Nothing big just local meets. It was fun lifting against others and it kept me motivated, made me train harder. Gave it up in 2006 due to a knee injury. However I do plan to get back into competition in the near future.
Here is a list of my competitive lifting career so far....All comps I wore a belt and knee wraps unless otherwise stated.
