Was supposed to squat tuesday but I was so beat from humping cable at work I just didnt have it in me. this isnt wimpy little cable this is bigger than my arm.... SO

Tuesday squat on Wednesday

1x165, 190, 210, 230

I'll do volume squat on friday

You got it Rob! The hip is the SI joint. I have ligament damage going way back, but now it's started locking at its end range of motion. This was something I was told to watch for over 20 years ago. Oh well... I can live without deadlifting..

SO I sort of rethought here and was thinking that Heavy / Medium / Light might be a lot of work load for now, so I decided to shave it back to the basics and go a lift a day...

Well we are back...

Today I presses singles up to 140 and Squated singles up to 240. Been trying to get my squat back up again. I jacked up my hip/back again... Its the stress from deadlifting- at thes point its doing more harm than good and I think Ill jst drop it for the time being.

Been running with some more conditioning for a bit. Strenght 2 days a week heavy conditioning 2 days and cardio 2 days. Im starting a project for work on monday and I think I'll transition into a heavy / light / medium three day thing...
