The following Protein Drink suggestion is from Scottish Bodybuilding, Powerlifting and Strongman legend, Ray Nobile.
Into a blender….
- 30 grams Oats
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbs Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbs Honey
- 400 mls of Milk
Blend for 2 mins then enjoy. I drink this every morning.
You can add more protein if you want. It tastes great. The egg, milk and nuts give over 20 grams of protein. The drink is good for convenience. No cooking involved or washing pots and plates etc. I’ve been drinking this for 2 years now. I make my own peanut butter. It’s easy.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN PEANUT BUTTER
In a food processer I put in 500 grams of salted peanuts with 2 tbs of extra virgin olive oil. Process until the right concistency then put into container and refrigerate. You may have to add or take away the amount of oil.
