Bodybuilding Warehouse - Rich Chocolate Premium Protein Cookies Review

I’ve never ordered anything from Bodybuilding Warehouse before and I’ve never tried any of their products. But I took a notion to try their Protein Cookies and I am well satisfied with their protein product. I’ve tried protein cookies from MyProtein company and I wasn’t impressed with their product which I was greatly disappointed with. I love cookies, who doesn’t? So I really wanted to find a supplement company that made fantastically healthy cookies that tasted great and I just did….Bodybuilding Warehouse cookies are (so far) the best I’ve tried.

I have used the following points system based from 0 to 10, with 10 being the best:

OVERALL: 8 / 10

I recommend you buy this product if you have the money and are serious about eating healthy and getting in shape. These Rich Chocolate Premium Protein Cookies by Bodybuilding Warehouse are extremely tasty. With 37.5g of protein per cookie...Highly recommended!!

For a more in depth review on this bodybuilding product, please continue to read on...

Upon opening up a protein cookie (I purchased Rich Chocolate flavour) the smell of the cookie was nothing special, smelled like a typical protein cookie / protein bar. But the taste and texture was different, superior in fact to other protein cookies / bars. Premium Protein Cookies by Bodybuilding Warehouse are nice and soft like a cookie should be and it contains tasty chocolate chips throughout. Their cookies are very satisfying, extremely tasty and will fill you up nicely. Normally when I try protein bars and cookies, they can be very dry to the point where you can’t eat one without having to drink a litre of water to wash it down. But these protein cookies are great, not dry at all, texture is amazing and given the taste, you may end up eating more than one!

One box of Protein Cookies will cost you around £16.00 from Bodybuilding Warehouse. In one pack you get 12 cookies. That price breaks down to around £1.33 per cookie. That price is pretty competitive with other protein cookie companies. However let’s say you eat two cookies per day….That means one box of premium protein cookies will last you only 6 days!!! So let’s do the maths…

1 box = £16.00 (last 6 days)
30 days in a month (6 X 5 = 30)
5 X 16.00 = 80

If you continued to eat two cookies per day…. for a one month supply, you would be paying £80.00 per month!!! By only eating one cookie a day, the price wouldn’t be too bad per month but let’s face it, these cookies are tasty, your bound to have more than one especially if you are trying not to eat junk food in between meals.

So I have only given 6.5/10 for value for money. My judgement for ‘Value for money’ might seem a little unfair but I judge based on working out how much a product will cost to stock up and last for a full month using realistic terms i.e. how often will the average person, including me (in my opinion) eat this product per day. And in my opinion, yes some people will only eat a protein cookie once a day, maybe even only once every few days but I’m basing my critique on someone (like me) wanting to eat this product as much as twice a day.

Unless you’re lucky enough to be sponsored by Bodybuilding Warehouse, the cost of maintaining a consistent supply of these cookies may be off putting to a lot of people. But in saying that, if you haven’t tried these cookies yet, and you do have the money or you would just eat these cookies once a day as a special treat, then go on and buy some. You won’t regret it.

* This product contains a whopping 37.5g of protein which is amazing. Calories are 326 so basically one cookie can be used as a meal replacement which is very convenient. The macros are pretty good for this supplement and the fact that these Premium Cookies taste very good makes it a bonus  Now these cookies aren’t as healthy as say a Quest Bar but remember you are getting almost double the protein content.

At the moment there are only two flavours, Chocolate Caramel and Rich Chocolate. In my view, this isn’t bad but I’m sure others out there would like more variety which is why I have only given 8/10.

Wish to try these amazing cookies….Click here!

If you have tried them already or have decided to try them after my recommendation then please let me know what you think of them? I’m always interested in hearing other people’s views.
