Monday


BACK SQUAT – 1 SET OF 12 REPS, 1 SET OF 8, 1 SET OF 6, 1 SET OF 4, 2 SETS OF 3 WITH WEIGHT INCREASE EVERY WEEK.
 
FRONT SQUAT – 1 SET OF 8 REPS, 1 SET OF 6, 2 SETS OF 4.

CALVES – 4 SETS OF 15 REPS.

Tuesday

BENCH PRESS – 1 SET OF 12, 1 SET OF 8, 1 SET OF 6, 2 SETS OF 4, 1 SET OF 2.

INCLINE BENCH PRESS – 1 SET OF 8, 1 SET OF 6, 2 SETS OF 4.

CLOSE GRIP BENCH PRESS – 4 SETS OF 5.

TRICEP PUSH DOWNS – 4 SETS OF 8.

DEADLIFT – 1 SET OF 10, 1 SET OF 8, 1 SET OF 6, 3 SETS OF 3 GETTING HEAVIER EACH WEEK.

GOOD MORNINGS – 3 SETS OF 6.

MACHINE PULLDOWNS AND ROWS.

Thursday

APOLLONS AXLE – 1 SET OF 10, 1 SET OF 8, 3 SETS OF 6.

SEATED PRESS – 4 SETS OF 5.

TRAPS – 4 SETS OF 6.

MEDICINE BALL THROW FOR HEIGHT – 10 TO 15 THROWS.

CARDIO TRAINING FOR 30 MINS ON A EXERCISE BIKE OR CROSS TRAINER.


Saturday

FARMERS WALK – 150KG EACH HAND FOR 40M, 2 RUNS.
