Looking for Online Personal Training? In need for a "Customised" Training Program?
Are you skinny and looking to bulk up? Are you knew to training and not sure how to train properly? Are you looking to build muscle and get stronger? Are you female and looking to tone up?
If the answer to the above questions is 'YES' then let Strength Oldschool design a training program around you and your needs i.e. The weights and training equipment you have access to… the number of days you are able to train… the length of time you can train for etc. Your training program will be taylored for you personally to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals in the shortest possible time.
With over 20+ years training experience let Strength Oldschool help you achieve your goal(s).
Once payment has been received, Strength Oldschool will contact you (within 1 to 2 days) to get further details i.e. medical conditions, training goal(s) etc.
Only after we receive all the relevant information from you, Strength Oldschool will then (within 2 to 3 business days thereafter) send you your brand new training routine via email, which will include exercises, sets, reps and rest times.
As a client you will receive feedback / guidance on your new "customised" training program up to the duration of 4 weeks. This time starts from the moment you receive your new training routine. Please be aware that feedback may take between 24-48 hrs but we do always try to respond asap.
In appreciation of our clients, Strength Oldschool will still kindly help our clients with their customisation program (should they require it) after the 4 week duration period ends but please note that due to how busy we are with general business, feedback may take longer than 24-48 hrs but we will try to respond as soon as possible.
