Strength Oldschool Posted May 16 Share Posted May 16 I've been looking back on old training videos from years ago and some of the photos including videos showing my physique I used to hate at the time. But now with fresh (older) eyes I'm thinking my physique wasn't all that bad. This short semi-relaxed back pose footage shows some good thickness I think.
