No Refunds will be given on the purchase of any type of "Digital Downloads". This includes the purchase of any type of Training or Diet Program.

Training and Diet Programs purchased on Strength Oldschool are designed for private use only and shall not be published in any way.

For any "Custom" Training Programs or "Personal Training" Services purchased from Rob, the owner of Strength Oldschool, Rob will respond to the payed "Client" as soon as possible. However this may take anywhere from 3 to 5 days after clients purchase.

By sending Rob at Strength Oldschool a request for a personalised workout or diet plan, you certify your acceptance and acknowledgement of all stated terms on this page.

By purchasing a training / diet program or following the advice from Rob the owner, or fellow members of Strength Oldschool, or from reading a training article on Strength-Oldschool.com, you agree and understand that all the advice, tips and information you read are done so at the user’s own risk. By joining Strength-Oldschool.com, you understand that you should always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. This general information is not intended to diagnose any medical condition or to replace your healthcare professional. Consult with your doctor to design an appropriate exercise prescription. WHEN TO CONTACT YOUR PHYSICIAN

You should contact a physician if you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, lightheadedness or dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath. Muscle soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise program. Contact your physician if the soreness does not ameliorate after 4-5 days.

We don’t accept the return of a digital / downloadable file, bought / downloaded on Strength-Oldschool.com.

Donations are not necessary but are greatly appreciated and help pay towards the monthly running costs of this website and towards creating better content.

Legal: There are no products or services rendered or exchanged for your donations. By donating, you agree to not chargeback / refund any donation made and are the rightful owner of the funds being donated.
