Huge Russian Weightlifter Leonid Zhabotinsky discussing his training methods with Jack Lipsky.

Zhabotinsky was born in January 28, 1938, Uspenka, Ukraine, U.S.S.R. He grew to be 6ft 3 and weigh as much as 365 lbs.

He won gold medals in the heavyweight class at the 1964 and 1968 Olympics and set 19 world records over a 12-year period (1963–74).

Zhabotinsky died January 14, 2016 at the age of 77.
