  1. These Alpha Grips by Iron Bull Strength are just as good as Fat Gripz. Different shape to Fat Gripz which I suppose is meant to suit the natural grooves of the hand better. These thick Alpha grips are slightly shorter in length also which I find better fits certain gym equipment handles. I own a set of standard dumbbell handles which unfortunately the Fat Gripz did not fit. Thankfully the Alpha Grips do. I own three sets of Alpha Grips... 2" grips, 2.5" and 3". The photo displays the 3" Alpha Grips. Surprisingly, Fat Gripz do not offer a 3" set which I don't understand. Alpha G

  2. Great gym setup here by Matt. Love the look and the lighting. Professionally done. Equipment has been spaced out nicely creating a feeling of open space to breath and move about. Very symmetrical design layout which works. Combination of free weights with cable machines and cardio equipment makes this gym ideal for his Personal Training business. 3. Body-Solid Series 7 Linear Bearing Smith Machine Another rack I'm thinking of buying for my Home Gym which comes with a 'Life-Time' Warranty. This rack can be purchased from Body-Solid or Fitness Superstore. Body-Solid is currently offering the best price. I'm seeking a rack which offers more than just free weight use. I currently own a Body-Solid Multi-Press rack which is brilliant. However, after owning the rack for over 10 years I need something new. The ability to also train using a Smith-Machine appeals to me. With limited training space and a past quad tear, I'm looking fo

  4. Power Rack by Primal Strength. My ideal rack because as a lifter, I have the ability to perform free weights as well as use the Smith Machine for more control over exercises. The Smith Machine could also be easily used for Vertical Leg Presses. With the added bonus of the chinning bar, Olympic weight storage and the long safety bars for protecting you on free-weight exercises makes this a great rack. Definitely one I'll consider in the very near future.

  5. I discovered the Onnit website last year while searching online for Kettlebells. I actually find it really difficult choosing Kettlebells because different brands create various shapes & designs. But then I came across a unique range of Kettlebells offered by Onnit. I was simply blown away. I'm not a huge Star Wars fan but I can appreciate excellent craftmanship. The Star Wars Kettlebells are custom sculpted with chip-resistant Iron and are available in 50 lb, 60 lb and 70 lb weights. You can buy various designs in the form of Darth Vader, Stormtrooper and Boba Fett. I have

  6. MONEY... MONEY... MONEY... Nothing but consistently empty pockets and doom, gloom breaking news on daily tv. In the land of regular, daily living for us ordinary hard working folk, the daily costs of just getting by in everyday life, can be financially tough. Finding a balance to save, pay bills, buy essential things like food and water (and beer lol) can be extremely challenging. This is where Visa cards become your new best friend (not recommended). I should be happy with what I've got in life but unfortunately one important thing is annoying me... I CAN'T BUILD THE HOME GARAGE GYM I DESPERA
