Doug Hepburn actually holds the record for the Strongest Ever Strict Barbell Curl of 116 kg (255 lbs) performed way back in 1959. Strongman Magnus Samuelsson, born December 21, 1969. Currently is a Swedish actor, but most fans will know him as a former strongman and winner of the 1998 World's Strongest Man contest. Was known as one of the taller competitors of strongman, at the height of 6ft 7 at a bodyweight of around 330 lbs (150 kg). Also known as having the Strongest Arms of all time having Cheat Curled 140 kg (308 lbs) using a straight barbell for 4 reps which to be fair, looked fairly strict.
